Inner Resonance: Tune In & Find Yourself
The most important relationship we have is with ourselves. Changing how you relate to yourself changes how you relate to the world around you.
Finding your inner resonance means understanding yourself, your needs, and your behaviors to be your best, most authentic self.
Through our work together we will:
* Learn new coping resources
* Strengthen existing coping resources
* Identify negative core beliefs and how they show up in daily life
* Build awareness of the thoughts, feelings, and body sensations associated with the negative core beliefs
* Use awareness of internal experience to change the way you relate to the present moment
* Explore systemic factors impacting your experience
My expertise lends itself well to working with adults who are experiencing existential dread and navigating complex trauma.
In my past experience as a touring musician, I found that writing, music, art, and movement/performance are potent tools for healing.
I am particularly interested in working with creatives, individuals in helping professions, and those identifying as LGBTQ+.
Together, we can discover what holds you back and find your inner resonance!
